Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of options to enjoy the mountain view and easy access to various activities and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and had a seating area, although the hallway was outdated and had a slight musty smell. The service was pleasant and efficient, with a staff member resolving a booking issue promptly. However, the dining experience was subpar with limited options, and the sushi was particularly disappointing. Overall, the hotel's location and service were highlights, but improvements are needed in dining choices and room upkeep.
The hotel room was supposed to be ready at 4, but it was delayed. The mountain view actually overlooked a road and houses, and the room assigned was not accessible for my husband's mobility scooter. On the plus side, the service was beyond helpful and polite, with on-site restaurants and excellent staff like Elisa and Charlotte. The location was beautiful with the mountains in the background, although there were some disturbances from other guests. The dining experience was really good in the Sundance Cafe, although prices were high. Overall, the facilities were good, but some aspects need improvement.
The hotel is situated in the beautiful Oro Valley area, offering a mountain getaway feel with spacious rooms that are very dated. The friendly service and inviting location complement the first-rate nearby tennis facilities, but the dining options have limited choices. The pool area is stunning, but the price may not be justified for the outdated rooms.
